Information we collect

• Access requests: when you request access, we collect your name, email address, time zone, availability, stated interests, scholarship reason, and an approximate IP address for abuse prevention.
• Account information: when you join, we store the email address and display name needed to provide your member account.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. GrowFluencers does not collect or store full card numbers or security codes. Stripe provides us with limited status information needed to confirm and manage access.
• Usage information: basic analytics about how the site is used so we can improve it.

How we use information

• To create and manage your access and account.
• To send the reminders and updates you request.
• To operate and improve the community and its resources.
• To prevent abuse and protect members.

What members share

Member-driven conversations and materials inside private sessions are shared by members for the benefit of the group. GrowFluencers does not publish private member conversations, meeting materials, or personal information publicly. Members are responsible for what they choose to share, and should not disclose private medical, financial, family, or business information unless they choose to.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service (for example, with Stripe for payment processing) or where required by law.

Your choices

• You may opt out of reminders at any time.
• You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting help@plantheal.com.
